Part 1: Characters
Q1: Can't get Superboy?
A: Superboy is the only role needing to be purchased. Other characters can be unlocked in story or challenges;
In addition, without Superboy, players can choose other characters to fight, as long as they are properly trained.
Q2: How to get a Vampire or Magician?
A: Open “Wenty Bar” and enter “Take Back the Streets” or “Trial of the Cursed Island”, using tokens or diamonds to exchange in the store.
Part 2: Resources
Q1: Can't open the chests?
A: The chests must be connected to the network to open. If it won’t work, please turn to the 4G network.
Q2: Do you think of lacking of resources?
A: First, the game rewards players based on both difficulty and evaluation, please improve the combat efficiency as much as possible;
Second, you can get a lot of money by participating in activities, exchanging diamonds and watching ads.
Third, some players have found ways to accumulate resources, you can learn from them.
Q3: Why the game is difficult to play?
A: The main reason of it may be that you are progressing too fast.
Therefore, we will advise you to play step by step, accumulate resources and learn talent from rushing previous levels.
Q4: Are there any ways to reduce time of unlocking chests?
A: You can’t unlock chests without network, which is a way of anti-cracking. Aside from paying gems to open chests "immediately", we have set another 2 ways to accelerate it:
A. Green "Share to Speed Up". By sending share links to the social medium and being clicked by the friends, they will be effective after a while;
B. Red "Watching Ads". Every time you click and watch ads to reduce time.
However, the functions is not available in all treasure chests, and there is a limit on the number of accelerations.
Part 3: Storages
Q1: How can I invite friends to add grids?
A: After the player sends invitation links to friends, they need to bind their accounts in "Settings" and play online for a while.
Then, players will receive rewards when they go online.
PS: Friends can’t be invited more than 1 time.
Q2: How can I Add grids?
A: There’re 4 ways for now:
A. Clicking “Add Backpack slots” Status interface to invite and purchase.
B. Exchange in various challenge shops in the "Wendy Bar";
C. Single-purchasing “24 slots” in an in-app store;
D. Some Bonus quest or Misson.
Q3: How many grids you can get?
A: The mas amount of current grids is 175.
Part 4: Payment
Q1: What can I do if the purchased items don’t arrive?
A: Firstly, make sure whether the deal is successful or not. It will pop up the payment page in the device and receive mails from the platform;
If you confirm, please switch to a 4G network and follow measures depending on your account:
A. If it is IOS, please restart the gam, then click "Settings" -- "Restore Purchased Products";
B. If it is Google Play, go into the in-app shop, click any pay-on-demand items, and wait for the system to hint that you have something unused.
If the above methods don’t work, please send us a screenshot of "Show Information" in the settings.
Q2: How to Buy limited-time items?
A: They will only arise during specific events, so please hurry up if you want to buy it. You can find us in the FB or E-mail.
Part 4: Cloud Save
Q1: How can I download the data in another device?
A: The game can "Bind your Save" in "Settings", and the data will be uploaded automatically online.
When you see "Click to Start", there is an "Save" icon in the lower right corner, click to enter.
Click "Download the saved data" in the last used slot, which is always slot 1 when you just have 1 data.
PS: The data follows the time-first principle, so the newest one will overwrite the old, so please confirm before downloading.
Q2: Devices restrictions?
A: Due to some technical reasons and the demand of anti-hacking, the game can log in up to 3 devices, so players are not recommended to change devices frequently.
In addition, we advise players not to use simulators for it easy to cause data confusion. If some unpredictable questions result from simulators, we won’t be responsible for it.
However, if you want more device quota, you may choose below ways:
A. Paying ￥128, you can log in to the fourth device;
B. Paying ￥328, you can log in to the fifth device;
The payment depends on local currency, please exchange equaling to the same price of RMB according to conversion rate.
PS: The additional quota is only valid for one slot, it means, you have 4 device permissions in Slot 1, but there are still only 3 for Slot 2.
Part 5: Others
Q1: Do you feel the game stuck sometimes?
A: The minimum system configuration of the game is Android 5.0, IOS 8.0.
If the mobile phone is lower than this requirement, there may be various problems.
Q2: Multiplayers games?
A: The network here refers to the LAN and requires at least two players to operate together. (Of course, you can play yourself without any buff.)
One opens the "mobile hotspot" and build a room in game, and the other one find it by adding the hotspot.
Q3: The price of the in-app store has gone?
A: Your mobiles temporarily cannot receive the signal sent by the game platform, please try to turn the 4G network.
Q4: Where are the special effects after defeating enemies?
A: Due to policies requirements, all special effects have been cancelled.
Q5: Error 1114?
A: It is just the player's own network problem, you should switch to 4G network.
Q6: What should I do if I have a “Special Screen”?
A: If there is a multi-language mystery picture like below, it means that the system has detected that you are currently using cracked data or suspected cracking behavior. We have been resolutely resisting the misconduct of cracking the game, please forgive us.
